Shipping Policy

Processing Time

 

All items are unique, handmade, bespoke pieces, or made in small batches.

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 working days unless stated otherwise.

  • Made-to-order or pre-order items will have their own processing time listed on the product page - this is usually 4-6 weeks due to the many processes required to make ceramics.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

 

We currently ship within the UK only.

  • Standard UK shipping includes packaging and insurance due to the nature of posting ceramic pieces.

  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery because this includes the appropriate compensation for lost or damaged items. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Packaging

 

All ceramics are carefully wrapped and packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. We reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible, promoting ethical packaging.

International Shipping

 

We hope to add international shipping soon. If you would like us to send outside of the UK, please inquire via email to bloomceramicsuk@gmail.com. Customers would be responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.

Customs & Duties

 

For UK orders, no customs charges apply.

Damaged Items

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund, where appropriate.

*Please note that new ceramics pieces can take a number of weeks to make due to the many processes involved. 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate with the courier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an item has been dispatched, but we will always do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Returned parcels may incur additional postage costs.
